An Argentine court cleared the return of an 18th-century painting to its heir on September 5, 2026. The work, "Portrait of a Lady" by Giuseppe Ghislandi, was identified in a home in Argentina through photographs of a property for sale.

The late-baroque painting was stolen by Nazis in 1940 from a Dutch Jewish collector. It remained missing for approximately 80 years.
