A federal judge has blocked implementation of a Donald Trump executive order limiting mail voting, the PBS NewsHour said. The Guardian US noted that judges have previously rejected comparable actions. An appeal is expected on the mail ballot order.

Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein has separately blocked Trump from having a Manhattan court seize control of his hush money conviction case, the PBS NewsHour said.
